Thank you for all the hard work, it might not be obvious to the rest of the world, but as a family, we sure appreciate it and we love you all!

Learn to learn, and learn to let go. Fear sucks.
This is the final drawing of David Hoang’s first in-depth Hannya Mask study.
You can reference yesterday’s post for his first few attempts.
We think David absolutely killed this, great job brother!
We all have to learn to let go.
Even the best of us let our fears and our insecurities control us sometimes, but the best of us also know the beautiful things we can create when we just let go.
This is our apprentice David Hoang’s Hannya Mask journey. David is one of the most astute, talented, hardworking, and nicest apprentices we’ve had the pleasure of teaching; and in this journey, he learned what it means to truly let go.
The one on the left was his first attempt. Tony gave him a little tip, “Be brave”. You can see David took this to heart in the next two Hannyas on the right, drawn with much more joy and without the fear of failure.
We will post his final Hannya mask later today, you guys will be blown away by what he did next. (at Chronic Ink Tattoo Shop Toronto)
